About RRWES - Raising Rural Women For Economic Support
Who We Are
Raising Rural Women for Economic Support (RRWES) is a Ugandan company limited by guarantee dedicated to creating equitable, inclusive, and sustainable futures for rural communities. Registered with URSB Reg: No. 80034075400206 dated October 17,2024 our purpose is to bridge critical development gaps through integrated health, economic empowerment, and humanitarian programs. Our work is deeply rooted in a belief that true progress is measured by the well-being of a nation's most vulnerable populations—particularly women, children, and marginalized groups. While our interventions span healthcare, sustainable agriculture, skills development, and environmental resilience, we are currently advancing a transformative national undertaking: the Lake Kyoga Specialized Hospital (LKSH). This initiative represents our core commitment to building robust, accessible systems that serve not only Uganda but also the wider East African region.
